Bulk Media Visualizer Pro is a tool for creating audio-reactive visuals. By using it you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree, refrain from using the app.
The visualizer takes an audio source (a file you load, or audio captured from your system when you allow it) and generates synchronized animations. You can record those animations as video and export them. All processing happens locally in your browser — we do not upload your audio to any server.
You are solely responsible for the audio you choose to play, capture or export with this tool. Before using any audio you must ensure you hold the corresponding rights:
Do not use this tool to record and redistribute copyrighted music you do not own, including tracks from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, SoundCloud or any other streaming service. Doing so violates those services' Terms and applicable copyright law. BMM is not part of that chain and assumes no responsibility for misuse of the tool.
If you enable desktop or tab audio capture, your browser will request explicit permission and display an indicator while the capture is active. Capture never starts without your consent. This source is intended only for audio you have the right to use (DAW, your own livestream, licensed music, etc.).
The videos you generate with the app are yours. But if the audio track embedded in them is not yours, the destination platforms (YouTube Content ID, TikTok, Instagram) may automatically block, demonetize or claim the video. That is independent of the tool and is your responsibility as a creator.
The visualizations, backgrounds, palettes, mood engine and the app's code are the property of Bulk Media Music. Your license allows you to use them to create and publish your own audiovisual content. You may not redistribute the code, templates or bundled assets of the app outside of your final content.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, any specific capture quality, or that destination platforms will accept exported files. Some features (system audio capture, captureStream recording) depend on the user's browser and operating system.
BMM is not liable for copyright claims, platform sanctions, loss of monetization, third-party legal action, or damages arising from use of this tool with audio for which the user did not hold the rights. BMM's maximum liability to the user is limited to the amount paid for the active license.
These terms may be updated. The most recent versions are always shown in this modal within the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
